Learning in progress

After spending an entire day at the beach with the Waikiki Beach Boys Canoe Club paddling and taking pictures, I realized that I still have a long way to go. Taking interesting action pictures is hard, especially when the equipment isn’t up to par. I definitely need a new tripod! I ended up with about 650 shots and i really put my Opteka 500mm lens to the test. Verdict: you get what you pay for 🙂

I captured a few good moments and a lot of paddlers in action tho… You can see some of them below.
